Gloria Kim joined the Human Services Council (HSC) in September 2018.  Prior to joining HSC, Gloria served as a Policy Analyst at the NYC Department of Environmental Protection working on various programs such as the Home Water Assistance Program and the Multifamily Water Assistance Program. She has also worked at The Small Enterprise Foundation, a microfinance institution located in South Africa, assisting entrepreneurial women who live below the poverty line to develop their microenterprises through financial education. Gloria graduated with a Master of International Affairs from the School of International Affairs at the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University.
