Human Services Resilience

Human Services Resilience

In times of crisis, human services organizations are often the first and last to respond to community needs. Although government relies on the sector during crises, we are frequently asked to provide emergency services with insufficient resources.

HSC works to grow the capacity of the sector and ensure that other sectors equitably coordinate with providers in all phases of the disaster cycle.
