Yanira Reyes will intern with the Human Services Council (HSC) throughout the Fall of 2024 and Spring of 2025. Yanira is a Social Work graduate student at Fordham University. Yanira is also a Full-time Parent Educator, where she helps families understand their child’s development and facilitates strength-based parent-child interactions.

Yanira is passionate about learning more about advocacy work and is excited to do so with HSC.

Yanira graduated from New Jersey City University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
